She has practiced for many years, at both a large firm as well as for her own private practice, prior to joining The Busch Law Group. She will continue to focus on matrimonial litigation and settlement as well as custody and divorce mediation. Deborah is a qualified mediator for litigants involved in domestic violence restraining orders.
Over her nearly 40 years of practice, she has been appointed by the N.J. Supreme Court four times to serve as a member and chair of The District VIII Fee Arbitration Committee spanning a period of 20 years and as a member of the District VIII Ethics Committee. Most recently, she has served as a trustee and Chair of the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.
Deborah’s practice, while physically located in Middlesex County, is state-wide and she has extensive experience in the Courts in Mercer, Somerset, Union and Burlington Counties. She frequently represents Spanish-speaking clients and has been appointed by the Courts as mediator and guardian ad litem for Spanish-speaking litigants.
